WVSU CAT Scandal Revealed!

The new CAT officers of West Visayas State University had just been found guilty by the Supreme Court under the accusation of being CUTE. The evidence was very substantial and it clearly showed that the accuseds were guilty. The Supreme court was very particular with three young girls who were also newly elected CAT Officers of the WVSU-ILS. The name of the three girls were Gillian Dimzon, Melyn Tubola and Diato Pelaez.
The three were the prime suspects of the court. They were accused and was immediately found guilty of being CUTE. Testimonies from the former CAT Officers reveal that these three were undeniably guilty. Tsk, tsk, tsk... Furthermore, the no.1 suspect of the court of bieng cute was Pelaez, who was not only a good command giver but was also the one responsible for ruining the day of the former CAT Adjutant Efren Loren Montilla.
Montilla is one of the star witnesses presented by the offence panel. His testimony stated that he was so jealous of Pelaez' cuteness that he gave her hard tasks including squat in push up position with closed knuckles during the five-day CAT Leadership Training. Furthermore, Montilla said in one of his interviews that no matter what he did to Pelaez, she was still cute! Tsk, tsk, tsk... It's okay Mr. Montilla, we understand your grievances. It's really hard when you're not that cute...
